The fabric of this item is made of 11.0 ounces, 88 percent cotton and 12 percent nylon, and is water repellant. The pant label may state a finished dimension (34U, 36U, 37U) depending on the style, as the items are cut to order.

The closure type is a one-piece waistband with button closure, and it features five jean-style pockets, including two deep scoop pockets and two oversized reinforced hip pockets. Additionally, there is a rule pocket and utility pocket on the right leg, as well as a hammer loop and utility pocket on the left leg.

The construction includes a triple-needle felled outseam, and the garment is suitable for both home wash and industrial wash.
