MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION: Our coverall is made of flame-resistant 88% cotton and 12% nylon twill fabric. The fabric weighs 7 oz and complies with ASTM F1506 for Arc Flash and NFPA 2112 (ASTM F1930) for Flash Fire. It has an Arc Flash rating (ATPV) of 12 cal/cm2 and complies with HRC 2 rating. The garment is NFPA 2112/HRC 2 compliant and UL Certified. The 2" FR reflective tape is ANSI/ISEA 107 compliant. The fabric is mercerized to provide minimal shrinkage, maximum comfort, and optimum safety and durability.

DESIGN & SIZING: The coverall features full sleeves, a heavy-duty 2-way YKK Brass FR zipper, action back pleats, and 2" High Visibility FR Reflective tape (ANSI/ISEA 107). It has 2 breast pockets with flaps and snap closure, 2 quarter cut swing front pockets, 2 patch hip pockets, a utility pocket on the right thigh, and a pen/cell phone pocket on the left arm. It also has side vents, a pen slot on the left breast pocket, elastic on the sides for a better fit, and a 4" hammer loop. The coverall is manufactured according to US Standard Size Charts. COMPLIANCE: The coverall is NFPA 2112 (ASTM F1930) compliant for Flash Fire and ASTM F1506 compliant for Arc Flash. It has an HRC 2 rating with an ATPV of 12 cal/cm2. It is also ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 compliant and UL Certified. All our NFPA 2112/HRC 2 garments are identified by a 3-point labeling system.

WASH/CARE INSTRUCTIONS: To extend the life and minimize shrinkage of the FR cotton-based fabrics, it is important to follow the provided wash and care instructions. Our fabrics are mercerized to minimize shrinkage. It is recommended to wash them in mild temperatures and with mild detergents. If the coverall will be worn on top of other garments or if a looser/comfort fit is desired, or if the garments will undergo routine industrial washes, it is recommended to choose one size up.
