The fabric complies with ASTM F1506 for Arc Flash and NFPA 2112 (ASTM F1930) for Flash Fire. The Arc Flash rating (ATPV) is 11 Cal/cm2, meeting the HRC 2 rating. The garment is NFPA 2112 / HRC 2 compliant and UL CERTIFIED. The fabric is mercerized and designed to provide minimal shrinkage, maximum comfort, and optimum safety and durability.

The design includes a full sleeve with cuffs and a western-style front open with Pearl Snap buttons. It features action back pleats, 2 breast pockets with flaps and snap closure, and a pen slot on the left breast pocket. The garment is designed with optimum Safety, Performance, Style, and Value in mind. It is manufactured to US Standard Size Charts, and customers are advised to refer to the Size Chart Image.

The product is compliant with NFPA 2112 (ASTM F 1930) for Flash Fire and ASTM F1506 (D6413 + F1959) for Arc Flash, meeting the HRC 2 rating (ATPV of 11 Cal/cm2). It is UL Certified, and all NFPA 2112 / HRC 2 garments are identified by a 3-point labeling system.

To extend the life and minimize shrinkage of the FR cotton-based fabrics, it is recommended to follow the provided Wash and Care instructions. The fabrics are mercerized to minimize shrinkage, but it is still advised to wash them in mild temperatures and with mild detergents. For garments worn on top of other garments, or to have a looser/more comfortable fit, or if the garments will undergo routine industrial washes, it is recommended to order one size up.
