MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION: Our flame-resistant 100% cotton twill fabric is lightweight and complies with ASTM F1506 for Arc Flash and NFPA 2112 (ASTM F1930) for Flash Fire. The fabric weight is 7 oz/sq yd, with an Arc Flash rating (ATPV) of 11 Cal/cm2 and HRC 2 rating. It is mercerized to minimize shrinkage and designed for maximum comfort and safety.

DESIGN & SIZING: Our innovative 6 panel design with twin layers offers protection, comfort, and fit. The reversible feature allows for an extended lifespan and the option to change colors as needed. The design is intended to provide the best protection and comfort, and our products are manufactured to US Standard Size Charts.

COMPLIANCE: Our fabric is compliant with NFPA 2112 (ASTM F1930) for Flash Fire and ASTM F1506 (D6413 + F1959) for Arc Flash, with an HRC 2 rating and ATPV of 11 Cal/cm2.

WASH / CARE INSTRUCTIONS: To extend the life of our FR cotton-based fabrics and minimize shrinkage, follow our wash and care instructions. While our fabrics are mercerized to minimize shrinkage, we recommend washing in mild temperatures and mild detergents. For garments worn on top of other garments or for a looser/comfort fit, we recommend sizing up.
